Recently Huapont-Nutrichem Co., Ltd. released its annual report of 2014. According to the report, after the merger, Huapont-Nutrichem’s business revenue totaled 4.867 billion yuan in 2014, an increase of 9.00% on a year-on-year basis. A net profit of 429 million yuan goes to the parent company, an increase of 41.79% on a year-on-year basis; excluding the non-recurring profit and loss, 417 million yuan goes to Huapont-Nutrichem, an increase of 40.03% on a year-on-year basis. According to the report, the increase of the company’s business revenue and the net profit during the reporting period lies in the fact that the state of business of each business unit ran well and each unit saw stable growth. In the meantime, the business of the newly merged units including Shandong Fuer and Shandong Kaisheng New Materials ran well, so this also partly explains why the net profit grew during the reporting period.

The business revenue for the agrochemical unit during the reporting period reached 3.737 billion yuan, with Shandong Fuer and Shandong Kaisheng New Materials respectively reaching 359 million yuan and 196 million yuan. The net profit for the agrochemical unit totaled 273 million yuan, with Shandong Fuer and Shandong Kaisheng New Materials respectively reaching 68.65 million yuan and 46.95 million yuan.
